Tribal PLUS Team Building 
The SOAR Team Building event with a competitive twist! Embark on a tree top journey during the Aerial Adventure Park experience before taking on the Tribal Team Challenge event.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Highly customized experiential workshops and training services that engage participants in empowering skill building and leadership development. Experiences can range from simple to intensive, with single workshops or multiple session workshops available. Our leadership experts will conduct a participant needs assessment prior to designing a customized service specifically for your group.
Camp Staff Training & Development
Impactful staff bonding and team building experiences to best prepare your Staff for an empowering summer camp season. Includes collaborative relationship development and team building initiatives plus interactive activity facilitation workshops.
Peer Mentorship & Mediation Training
Multi-session training focused on foundational leadership development and improving capacity to influence peers through positive relationship/trust building, activity facilitation training, restorative inquiry skill development, and non-violent communication.
