Experiential training focused on the best practices for group leadership and activity facilitation
Customized Training Program for Camp Staff and/or Counselors in Training. Includes hands-on workshops focused on helping participants:
- Strengthen their group leadership skills and
- Expand their repertoire of cooperative team building games for their camp curriculum
May take place at the Empower Adventure Park OR at your camp facility
Staff Team Bonding Programs
Uplifting team bonding focused on relationship/trust development and collaborative teamwork
High-energy team building excitement for your entire Camp Staff. Includes a series of engaging “on-the-ground” team building activities focused on:
- Relationship/trust development and collaborative teamwork
- Good spirited competition
- Developing a greater sense of TEAM
May take place at the Empower Adventure Park or at your camp facility
Aerial Adventure Park Trips
Thrilling aerial adventure experience featuring over 70 unique climbing and zip lining obstacles
High flying adventures, supportive and encouraging guides, and empowering accomplishments! Adventure experiences include:
- ASCEND Adventure (2 or 3 hours in duration)
- SOAR Adventure (4 to 5 hours in duration)
- QUEST Adventure (combo with Empower & Nomads)

Adventurous team building activities with a competitive spin – may the best camp team win
